Terrible service with this insurance

<p>I was recently involved in a car accident and am insured through Dotsure from the first day of the accident I had to wait almost an hour for my car to be towed, I have had to make countless calls to follow up on my claim, the insurer got the car assesed and they say my car is a write off, I asked for a details of how much I am exactly covered for all they send me was my contract, they are now pushing for me to process the claim so that they can continue with the write off what I want to know is how much am I covered for in basic figures, It is not fair for me to keep calling this company and not getting what I need, I have not even received any trauma couselling nothing</p>
