Terrible service with no client correspondence

Terrible service!!

I've submitted a claim for my dog and DotSure will cancel the claim on their end whithout phoning me to explain why the claim is cancelled. I then have to go onto multiple helpdesk calls to try and get an explanation, only to find that they made assumptions on their end which were completely wrong (like assuming that my claim is related to a previous claim when it is in fact not). I then have to go and submit the claim once again and the same ends up happening... just cancellation with nobody explaining why
