Terrible service, they added a premium amount when I asked them not to, have emailed several times to have it removed they say it will be done but and it order still gets deducted off my account

Terrible service, they added a premium amount when I asked them not to, have emailed several times to have it removed they say it will be done but and it order still gets deducted off my account. What’s more shocking is that I did not approve the debit credit for this separate amount on my app at all but it’s still went through. I am about to cancel with them
