Terrible service regarding cancellation of service
Terrible service regarding cancellation. Have been struggling since 4th of February to get my policy cancelled. I continuously have to follow up with them or I don't receive any feedback. When arrangements are made for times to be contacted, they don't fulfill them. Even with me following up with Dotsure, I either way still don't get service or assistance.
