Terrible Service

Terrible service. Firstly they said that they couldn't pay out for my puppies medical bills because it was a pre-existing condition. However, I had already signed up with Dotsure before I even got my puppy. My puppy was then diagnosed with a liver shunt at 3 months old and has unfortunately had to spend a lot of time at the vet but because this condition is seen as pre-existing he will not get paid out...EVER!!! When I have tried to cancel with Dotsure no one replies but when I send an email posing to be interested in getting a new policy - someone calls me almost instantly. It was terrible service and extremely impersonable. The reason they have so many ads on tv is to cover up for their SHOCKING service. I am still waiting for someone to reply to me regarding cancelling my policy.
