Terrible Service Dotsure

After submitting all my documents for a third party claim i did not get any feedback from Dotsure. I called to find out what is happening with my claim. I was told it could take months to sort out the claim if they think it warrants payout, even though it was their client that rode into the back of my car. They are the worst insurance company i have ever dealt with. Always coming up with excuses. Three of my friends wanted to get insurance from Dotsure until i told them about the service then they decided otherwise. So keep up the good service Dotsure.
