TERRIBLE SERVICE

Bad service ever,seems like they only care about pets.took out a phone insurance and i mentioned that my cellphone doesn't have IMEI number as i removed it not realising it as it was used as a seal,they told me how to get the IMEI number an i did and even saved it,however now they declined my claim saying my box doesn't have IMEi no.they are quick to get sales forgetting that we insure to get paid at claiming stage.all i want are my premiums as they **** to me and they never even sent me policy documents and only did when i was claiming.
