Terrible service

Terrible service, I took my car in for a service, I was then given a quote for a noisy rear wheel bearing. I claimed with dotsure car warranty and the assessor told me that they will only pay if the bearing fails. He then said a noisy bearing is not a failed bearing, his words were, “the bearing must seize first or the wheel must fall off”.

Dotsure has a lot of great reviews but I haven’t experienced anything pleasant with them so far.
