Terrible service
I have a lot of pet insured with dotsure my premiums for a month is over R4000 when I submit a claim the consultant Luzaan Jordaan Is requesting clinical notes even tho a claim form and invoice was submitted

10 May 2022, 16:20I just don’t feel it’s necessary to ask vet for clinical notes when a dotsure clin form has been filled out, I pay high premiums every month and to have issues on a claim is ridiculous I have referred many clients to dotsure but I think i was wrong thinking dotsure is one of the best in today life we all want to have a stress free life when we submit a claim we don’t want to go back and forth
