Terrible service
Paying for something that actually doesn't work. I have informed all people that i refereed you guys to to move over to medi pet as that is who I am moving to.
I find it funny how you are still charging me for my pet that passed away. really shocking service. Confusing policies, getting the claims mixed up on more than one occasions. The lack of professionalism and empathy just does not exist.
