terrible service

utterly disgusted by Dotsure pet insurance. we will defiantly be moving to another, better pet insurance. We are on such a good scheme and 100% buster as well which lets us claim back 100% of all pet visits. they are with holding our money which they owe back to us. they are ignoring our emails and it was such a struggle to even contact someone to help us. never have i experienced such bad customer service. extremely unacceptable
