Terrible pet insurance!

I have always been very happy with Dotsure, until our pets got ill and Dotsure simply cancelled our policy! With the reason we claimed too much! But that is exactly why you get medical insurance for dogs to start with, for when they get ill! Now two of our dogs are too old for most other pet insurances, and if Dotsure just told us years ago when we joined that they would drop us when the dogs get ill and we start to claim more, then we would not have joined Dotsure in the first place and would have gone with another insurance company to start with! Now Dotsure have limited our options very unfairly and unjustly! I am very disappointed and upset with Dotsure!!
