Terrible Customer Support

I have been trying to get in contact with Dotsure Car Insurance regarding claiming back the excess of R4000 that I paid in April, since I was told I would be able to claim it back from the 3rd party that caused the accident. I have essentially been ghosted, as nobody is responding to emails or chats. When I was able to get a callback once, it was from the wrong department.

Absolutely would not recommend them. Terrible service.
