Terrible customer service!! Cancelling polices without consent
I have paid UPFRONT for a year for my dogs medical aid, I laid a complaint about dotsure and they responded by cancelling my cover without my consent!!! How does me complaining about your service result in my policy being cancelled when I’ve paid UPFRONT for a year
