Terrible company.

I think to be an employee of this company you must have an IQ of minus 50.I had my car insured for a few months and decided to insure my house and contents with them.I accepted their quote with the strict instructions for it only to be implemented 1st.Jan.2024.This was done verbally and via E mail.In October they deducted the entire amount. I informed them of this and they said they would amend it.I'm still waiting for the refund.Can you believe it,they did the same thing in Nov. Now they say They only owe me R180 odd when the true figure is R600.I'm cancelling this insurance tomorrow,sick and tired of dealing with idiots.
