Terrible at claims stage. Not treating customers fairly

Been with Dotsure for a year now. I was very happy with their service in the beginning when I got pet insurance. Their service was amazing when it comes to sales stage. But when we had to claim they paid less than half of the claim amount because apparently there was sub-limits within the annual limit. This was not explained or even pointed out to me at sale stage. You can see most of their positive reviews are based on service at sale stage, don't let the high rating deceive you!
