Terrible

Feddup. Really getting to much now. Thought getting better after spoken to other people at dotsure, even asked them to call me for life and home insurance.

My story- in shortest way possible. My car got ****** & recovered same day. Not much damage seen per eye except wheels changed and lights.

Car was taken to impound. Next day dotsute arranged AA to collect car to panelbeaters for assesment. AA called me that i needed to be there. Dotsure assured me that i dont need to be there they have release letter. Went on for the week where i got a call from them saying sorry i do infact be to be there. (A week delay) Also got a call saying they are happy to inform me car has been fetched and on way to panelbeaters while i was standing next to car at then impound.

Week after that got a call from my assesor Elmar, saying not much wrong with car, just lights, boot. I was confused as panelbeaters picked up that engine and gearbox faulty. I called panelbeaters and they said that dotsure was informed about that and they have been waiting few days already for dotsure to have car taken to BMW for diagnostics as they are well aware of the faults (another week delay)

Week after that i got a call from Elmar informing me car is written off as gearbox, body scratches and lights already more than certain persantage without even engine yet. Fine- i understand that and accepted outcome.

Next day i get call, that will not be the case, car will now be taken to bmw for diagnostics. (Day before long weekend)

Phoned after long weekend saying they spoke to panelbeaters for banking details to settle them and take car. Next day (today) spoken to panelbeaters, they havent settled them and are not happy with something on his quote.

So the car isnt even yet on way to bmw or anything, just standing at panelbeaters. So since the written off call to now it a week later again (now 3 weeks together with delays from them)

I understand its ****** recovery and more investigations on that but its unaccetable the delays (and lies) from their side. So again thìs week nothing will happen.

I really thought it would be done this week and want all my insurance stuff at one place, but with this now. I have 3 people about to cancel with them (and they will tell friends and fam) all because of this and thats not what i wanted. I wanted to use them for everything.
