Telesales needs training
I would like to know where the Motor Warranty Sales people get my details from?! When I ask where they got my info from , they said they are aware my car is over the warranty km…. I asked multiple times but I don’t get a direct response just that they know my manufacturer warranty has lapsed ……How? Where are they buying or receiving info from. Is POPI act just a joke or what?
