THANK YOU SO MUCH Tash Tom of Dotsure for your assistance with my problem.. in hindsight ... if Dotsure had simply copied me into the reply mails (as I had sent them) the whole missed mails/calls/in proper remittance by Mr C would not have taken place as I would have picked up...
