Tamara Naki is Service Excellence!!!
I would just like to thank Tamara Naki for her excellent customer service, sending me an email explaining certain things to us clearly and precisely, calling me back the following day when she said she would call me back. Just her overall professionalism and doing her job in such a way that it prevented us from actually cancelling our policy with Dot Sure…they should be very proud and happy to have an fully committed employee such as herself.
