Talking to an old friend while getting insurance for my pets.

<p>After seeing the dotsure.co.za add on Kyk net 144 on Saturday 10 June 2017, I decided to have a look at dotsure.co.za pet insurance for my 6 cats. I filed out the quote on the web side and there was an option for a consultant to phone you back but I thought is late on a week end and I will contact them on Monday during office houer and left the website.</p> <p>Monday morning to my surprise Liezel Booysen from dotsure.co.za called me and asked if I was interested in dotsure.co.za insurance on my baby’s. She was so friendly it was like talking to a friend that knows me and all my cats. I had to ask her to call me back on Wednesday around 10:00 for me to make arrangement s for the payment for the insurance.</p> <p>Wednesday at 10:00 I got the call back, she remembered me and all my cat’s names and what I told her about one of them that had a rough play with the one of the other cat’s and the he was back to his old self again. All this was done in Afrikaans, I do not mined speaking English but it was refreshing to be helped in my home language.</p> <p>In 25 min my 6 cats was insured and everything was made very clear to me by a very friendly Liezel.</p> <p>She is an asset to dotsure.co.za. I will defiantly refer everyone I know to dotsure.co.za for their pet insurance. I will let you know how I rate your serves as soon as I need to take one of my baby’s to the vet, but like all pet owners I hope not to take any of my baby’s to the vet soon.</p> <p>Thank you very much, regards Leah Kruger</p>
