TAKING EXTRA MONEY NOT AGREED UPON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I signed up for the car insurance, I PAID the FULL installment which was agreed upon. I also have a pet insurance which was PAID for in FULL. the tracker was installed which was great and before it was installed there was said that NO CHARGES will be extra or that I have to pay for installation. SO PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY ON EARTH DID YOU DEBIT FROM MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT SAYING WHAT IT IS FOR!!!!!!!!!!!!
