Tail-Wagging Good Service

I have submitted two claims so far but just had to do a big one and was stressing that they would only pay out a few hundred rands of his bill that cost a couple thousand. Well colour me surprised because our final pay out was about R300 more than we expected and about R150 short of his entire bill! I couldn't be more happy in a time that was stressful both for the health of my good boy and after a financially tough year. Arky and I will definitely treat ourselves to something nice with those few extra hundreds :-) Also a small thing that meant a lot - I was emailed a personalised get-well soon card addressed to Arky which really warmed my heart. Will definitely recommend Dotsure to anyone with pets.
