Taahirah Simons is a godsend!!

I've had pet insurance with DotSure for a few months now, and I must say I am beyond impressed with the service that I've received from Taahirah Simons. She ALWAYS responds sooner than I ever expect, and resolves issue speedily. I've just submitted a claim to her, and she forwarded it to the claims handler AND phoned me, all within 5 minutes of me sending the email with my claim. I've had such terrible service with previous insurers, and it so lovely to finally be with a company that seems to care about their clients' happiness. Thank you!!!
