Surprised with a great service

I was not too sure if I wanted to take out dot insurance I was a little bit worried that won't pay you out when taking your dogs to the vet, then they tell you no we don't pay for this no we don't pay for that , your claim is unsuccessful however , that not the case I have had the best experience ever with them from the moment there sold me pet sure to the claims department have been absolutely wonderful thank you guys , I recommend that all dog *****s should take this insurance out that helps in a very big way that pay out almost immediately, the claims department keeps phoning you to make sure that you're doing your claims correctly, I want to thank the gentleman that sold me the insurance he was great I want to thank the ladies that answer the phone switchboard or reception they are friendly and professional and if you cannot get through to claims there will make sure that within 15 minutes they call back, and I would like to thank the ladies in the claims department you guys do a great job,
