Superseded Service Excellence

If there was a feature to rate 10 out of 10 I would have done so.

Charlie Verity's service level, professionalism and kind approach is so welcoming and comforting from the word go.

He is exceptionally friendly and explained all the various options available for my little "missy's" cover and policy. As promised, received the notification of the joining via email and text, which is exactly what we need in today's day and age re: service levels. No mess-no fuss.

It is not often in South Africa that we find this level of service and it is therefore imperative to rate individuals and companies when you receive excellent service from them.

I am glad to be part of the Dotsure Team and will highly recommend the service to anyone who loves their pets like I do.
