Superior Service in a Climate of Mediocrity

I am a relatively new Dotsure member (since May 2017) and it would be my first time using the claim system (we took our dogs for vaccinations yesterday and being on the Superior Plan, we are able to claim on the Wellness portion of the policy). I dug out my previous email to Taahira Simons and sent her a mail requesting claim numbers for our claims. To my surprise, not only is Taahira still at Dotsure but literally within an hour I had my claim numbers from Taahira. My faith in humanity once restored! My experiences with Taahira and Dotsure have only been superb. Thank you!!
