Superb Service!

I've had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Dotsure for the past few months now. They have been incredibly helpful, fast and efficient. They have been lifesavers as my puppy had to undergo a few unforeseen surgeries. I will always support them. My latest claims consultant Chantelle Groenewald who assisted me the last few times has been absolutely amazing to deal with. She has been super-efficient and fast and very friendly and understanding. It doesn't feel like you are chatting to a call centre claims assistant, she is like an understanding friend. She is definitely an asset to the Dotsure team!
