I lodged a claim this morning after my dog was taken to the vet. Sasha-Lee was very helpful on the phone and sent me claim forms within minutes. I lodged my claim and it was allocated to a consultant immediately. Then Janet processed my claim in under an hour! the whole experience was less time than I spent at the vet with my pup. The finishing touch was a Get-Well-Soon card e-mailed to us for my pup. Super service, great staff, exceptional experience. Happy client
