Super Service From Pieter Stols

At the end of March 2018 I tried to contact DOSTSURE to get a quote on pet insurance. They were closed at the time as it was late on a public holiday but the next day I received a call from Pieter Stols. He asked me what would be affordable and then ran me through the various options. I felt like a valued potential customer and not once did her refer to "my dog" but rather used his my dogs name when referring to him, making me feel that Ozzy is a valued member too.
