Super impressed!

After my car gave me issues, I phoned the insurance company, Dotsure, whom I've been with since February this year. I spoke to a very friendly and helpful customer service consultant, Khanya Mani. The process stretched over a couple of weeks.

In all honesty, I have never had a better customer service experience, ever! I was in awe with how amazing and professional Khanya Mani was, throughout the course of the process, checking up, making sure everything is sorted, or explained where in the chain of progress we were.
