Super impressed

I had a rather disappointing interaction with a Dotsure agent, the worst I've had to date with Dotsure. However, this was adequately resolved after I raised the issue.

Then, I had to lodge a claim. Well this interaction blew my mind. The claim was finalised in an hour of submission! I even got a call to explain why something, which I knew was not claimable, was not being paid, to ensure I was happy with the no payment.

I accept that companies drop the ball on occasionally, but Dotsure, drops the ball once and never again. I am super impressed with Dotsure.
