Super helpful and friendly!
I submitted a claim via email to Dotsure last week, for my cat that was injured and needed vet care. Within hours I received a call from Samantha Armstrong from Dotsure Pet Insurance. She was super helpful and friendly, and informed me that my claim will be paid - in full! I'm unemployed at the moment, so this was a HUGE relief. Highly recommend Dotsure!
