Stuck next to the road for 2hrs. Poor service

After 4 hours, woman alone next to the road in Johannesburg next to nothing with no roadside assistance and then eventually get towed in but I still needed to pay for my car to get to a safe place, this is so very bad!!!! Don't like the service from dotsure at all!!!!
