I had a policy with them for a business vehicle and they advised me on this policy that limited me to do 33km a day. They declined my claim and said that I've done more KM. Their tracking system keep on telling me that the vehicle is moving even after the theft. In their policy they undertake to recover the vehicle which they failed. They refused to give me the recording.
