STILL WAITING FOR MY CAR TO BE REPAIRED

I was involved in an accident over a month ago. My insurers want the AR no. I lodged my accident report at Muldersdrift Police Station and gave them the OB no. It is between Police Stations, yet they are holding up the repairs to my car. Being that it is December and the panelbeaters close early, and I am going on holiday, I need my car to be repaired as soon as possible. A month to wait for an AR no is ridiculous and they assured me it would not be a problem as they were sending this off to their top management to override and get the job sorted out. Still hasn't happened. Disgusting service, no one responds to e-mails at all, no one gets back to you. I want a loan car if my car isn't fixed by the time I go away!
