Still waiting for a response
On 6 August I wrote a very uncomplimentary review of my experience with dotsure. I received and almost immediate response to the effect that they were sorry to hear of my experience and that someone 'from the relevant department' would be in touch with me. It is now 16 August and I'm still waiting to hear from someone!
