Still no reply from Dotsure

This would be my second complaint on hello Peter for Dotsure. First of all I would like to thank you for your reply on my first complaint, it is now the second day since I’ve locked my complaint that I have had no call, message, email from Dotsure regarding the matter of my claim and the incompetence of your consultants. I have requested that my policy be cancelled and all my premiums deducted off of my account returned as the information that I was given was false. Furthermore seeing as nothing is being done about the matter, I will take this matter to the ombudsman.
