They said I’d get a callback for household assistance, I am still waiting for that callback.

There’s a lady that I spoke to yesterday and she said she’ll SMS her contacts so I can call her directly, I didn’t get that SMS... I think she said her name was Sermah.
I am still waiting for that sms or callback.
