Still no one is getting back to me so I will write a negative review every week until someone does get back to me.

You have bought over hollards insurance policies. In the letters leading up to this you told us that the policy would remained unchanged and the premiums would be the same. This is not the case as you have imposed a per limit claim amount which was not on my previous policy. In addition you have imposed exclusions on my policy which were dropped from the previous policy in 2017. Please fix both of these things. My cats mean the world to me, and you are taking my peace of mind away from me.
