Stellar customer service

I’m really excited to give my first 5 star review to the customer service I received at Dotsure! I was assisted by Jaen Boshoff who could not have been more helpful or friendly in helping me with a policy for my dogs. This was such a refreshing change of pace for me because I am switching pet insurance policies due to poor customer service, so it is great to receive such stellar service.
