When it comes to claiming from Dotsure Pet Insurance you best know that there is going to be something they tell you that your pet is not covered for or that you have exhausted something on your plan. Even though when joining up with them we chose the highest plan they had available. Apparently on that plan you only have a wellness limit for your pet of R1600 a year. My dog went for his annual vac, kennel cough injection and a deworm. That Totaled to a bit over R1400. We were only paid out a bit over R400 because we exhausted the wellness plan. What is the point of them if their highest plan only covers a small portion of your bill? Best advise is to find a company that actually cares about not only your pets health but your financial situation. It seems they do not care for either. #stayawayfromdotsure
