STAY AWAY! Randomly takes money from your account and doesn’t pay you back or HELP YOU!

This company took a double debit out of my bank account. I have not been able to speak to anyone telephonically as they only want to WhatsApp me even though I ask to speak to someone on the phone. This happened on Friday and they could not care less about helping me on Friday. I still have not been refunded my money. R2,000 wrongfully taken out of my account. I still have not been able to speak to a human being over the phone. They cannot tell me when I will be refunded all they can tell me is yes it was a bank error. I needed those funds to make it to the end of the month and this place couldn’t care LESS about helping me to just transfer my money back to me.
