Stay Away from this company

wish I could have a negative rating for this company. I submitted a claim for my tyres and rims and they requested some documentation which was supp**** with a day still left before the timeframe given to me. all this was done via whatsapp and all the timestamps and all the documents submitted are still there. These people just closed my ticket claiming I didn't submit supporting documents. I called and proved that I did and they claimed to have reopened my ticket and forwarded the request to the relevant departments. After 2 weeks of not getting any feedback, I call back only to find that the ticket was never reopened.
