STAY AWAY FROM DOTSURE. IT’S THE WORST MOTOR WARRANTY COVER!!!!

The worst mistake I ever did was to take a motor warranty cover with Dotsure. It’s the worst by far. I have been with them for years and all they do is reject my claims when they are taking money from my account every month. They are never there in my time of need. All they are doing is to enrich themselves with my hard earned money. Last year when I submitted a claim with them, one of the consultants convinced me to upgrade my cover, making it look like it would be a good deal and would benefit me only for them to reject my claim. I was paying R450.20 and she sold me a R529.00 deal. I submitted a claim again on Saturday and they have rejected it. So much for a Platinum cover. I am DONE!. I’ll look for a better warranty cover somewhere else or just save my money for times like this. They don’t even deserve a single star!
