STAY AWAY FROM DOTSURE INSURANCE!!!!

I have been insured by DOTSURE for my vehicle and Home Contents for a long time I put in a claim for damage to fridge and freezer contents due to my fridge not working.

They are the most *****...********* company to get a claim authorized with.

All the red tape / small print that they throw in your face is absolutely unacceptable. Photos of each item in your fridge and freezer to be taken and sent to Dotsure. List of all items damaged and proof of the cost to replace them to be sent to Dotsure.

Where do us working people get time to go and shop for the exact price of these items? My fridge has a large variety of foodstuffs and meat to be replaced. Then on top of all this....the excess you have to pay is pathetic....may as well not even put a claim through....just run a loss even though you are insured for this unexpected loss. PLEASE DO NOT EVEN THINK OF TAKING AN INSURANCE POLICY OUT WTH THEM!!!!!! I learnt the very hard way!!!! They made a good amount out of me...and I never missed an installment. THEY KEEN TO TAKE YOUR MONEY EVERY MONTH....CLAIMING IS WHEN ALL THE FINE PRINT AND EXCUSES COME OUT.

TOTALLY DIGUSTING, UNPROFESSIONAL, ONE SIDED AND NO CONSIDERATION FOR THEIR CLIENTS.

STAY AWAY FORM DOTSURE INSURANCE.

I'm awaiting the outcome from the Insurance Ombudsman...let the game begin.
