Stay away from Dotsure

It's a pity that I can't give a rating of less than 1 star to the WORST insurance company I have ever encountered. Their staff hit you with an absolute barrage of verbal bullets, countless fast-talking gobbledy-**** speaking ladies who never pause for breath, in spite of my repeated requests. I gave up listening eventually and told them so, but you never get to speak with the same person twice. They insisted that I have a tracking device installed in my car, which is going to cost me thousands of rand over the next 36 months. In spite of this, my association with DotSure is ending asap. They send policy change documents late at night, demand that I authorize their un-negotiated increased debits within 24 hours. When I declined, this morning they 'sneaked' in a debit order of R93.31 out of my bank account. I presume they're going to try to do this daily as they want to bankrupt me. I am a pensioner of advanced years, and they have treated me shamefully
