Stay away from Dotsure.

We registered a claim for household contents after our home was burgled in December. We are still waiting for the goods to be replaced even today 24th Feb. You submit a claim and then they go quite for 2 weeks, when you call to enquire about the progress, they tell you 1 or 2 things they still need. You submit those and they go quite for another 2 weeks and when you call to enquire again then they tell you 1 or 2 more things they still need. They cycle has repeated itself about 4 times now. The only thing they haven't asked for yet is a blood sample. None of the other 2 insurance brokers we dealt with before were this slow, disorganized and unhelpful. I wouldn't recommend it to anybody.
