STAY AWAY
This a not a company you want to deal with. First they reject a claim...then they phone you ask all kind of questions, request documents, pull voice recordings, then they re assess the claim, again they reject it, when you then put them on Hello Peter, they phone you and request MORE info...then they re assess the claim again, then they suddenly pay out the claim and the worst of all is they were in the wrong right from the start...STAY clear from these people
