1. Rude Staff, Slow to respond, *********** staff that cant read or do simple math's. This also includes the managers and top brass as after many years they still cant fix the basic issues, 2. Changing of their policies not notifying clients, And removing cover but keeping your premium the same. 3. They got in bed with Hollard and everything went to Sh..
My advice is get someone other than them as they will ***** you over.
